Katherine Crow

Katherine Crow is an experienced professional in public administration and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Lead COVID-19 Case Investigator for the County of San Diego since July 2020. Previously, Katherine held several significant roles, including directing the San Diego Promise Zone initiative for the City of San Diego from September 2013 to February 2020, where notable achievements included the launch of a ten-year strategic plan and securing over $40 million in federal grant funding. Katherine's background also includes positions such as Director of Development at San Diego Hospice, Executive Director at WebMD Health Foundation, and Program Officer at Alliance Healthcare Foundation, among others. Education includes a Master's Degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a certificate in Fund Raising Management from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
