Ray Flores

Ray Flores serves as the Chairman of the California American Legion Baseball Program since January 2018, showcasing exceptional leadership that fosters team success through dynamic engagement with athletes and effective communication with coaches and families. Since December 2015, Ray Flores has also been the Executive Director of the San Diego Veterans Coalition, a critical organization uniting over 160 groups to support the diverse needs of military personnel, veterans, and their families. Additionally, Ray Flores holds a position within the County of San Diego's Office of Military and Veterans Affairs, offering essential services to a significant military and veteran population. Previously, Ray Flores was a Senior Program Manager at SAIC, specializing in network IT and engineering projects for both commercial and Department of Defense sectors.
