Hilary Crowley

Hilary Crowley is a seasoned public administration professional with extensive experience in strategic fundraising, grant writing, and communications across various organizations. Currently serving as Deputy County Administrator for the County of San Joaquin since July 2022, Hilary functions as the Public Information Officer and Legislative Coordinator while managing the Community Funding Project submission process. Prior roles include Special Projects and Communications Manager at San Joaquin County Behavioral Health Services, Director of Development and External Affairs at Urban Strategies Council, and Fund Development and Communications Specialist at Alameda County. Hilary's earlier positions included Executive Director at the Redlands Community Foundation and Major Gifts Officer at the Las Vegas Art Museum, among others. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Nevada, Reno.
