Rozeena Jhinnu

Rozeena Jhinnu is a highly experienced management analyst currently employed by the County of San Mateo since August 2019, previously holding positions such as Human Services Analyst II and Senior Administrative Analyst at the San Francisco Office of Early Care and Education.
