Torsten Keil-Long

Torsten Keil-Long, LCSW, is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in various therapeutic settings. Currently serving as a Psychiatric Social Worker II at the County of San Mateo since November 2025, Torsten has previously worked as a Therapist at Lyra Health and as a Mental Health Clinician at Kaiser Permanente. With a strong background in developing therapeutic cultures and curriculum, Torsten excelled as a Lead IOP Clinician at Embark Behavioral Health, where responsibilities included administrative supervision and training new therapists. Extensive experience includes providing clinical case management, group therapy, and assessments across multiple organizations such as Enki Health Services, Heart of Los Angeles, and various educational institutions. Torsten holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Child and Adolescent Development from McPherson College.
