Cyrus Rahbari

Cyrus Rahbari is an accomplished Network/VoIP Engineer currently leading the management and operation support of the VoIP network for the County of Santa Clara. With extensive experience in telecommunications, Cyrus has successfully migrated various departments to CUCM and SIP, while upgrading to a new SME/Multi-Cluster CUCM-Ver12. Prior roles include serving as a senior engineer for the City & County of San Francisco during the Telecom Modernization Project and managing the global multi-cluster VoIP network at Flex. Cyrus's career also highlights significant contributions at Orange Business Services and Sprint, focusing on complex unified collaboration solutions and managing engineering teams. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Communications Engineering from San José State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
