Keamiyah Walker

Keamiyah (Kim) Walker, RN, MSN, APRN, FNP(c), PHN, is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as an RN Case Manager in Population and Chronic Disease Management at The Permanente Medical Group, Inc., since May 2025, and as a Staff Nurse II at Kaiser Permanente since February 2022. Walker has notable experience across critical care and community health, having completed the Critical Care RN Training Program at County of Santa Clara and served as a Nurse Faculty of Tomorrow Teaching Fellow Coordinator at Samuel Merritt University. Additional roles include providing home health care services and serving in various capacities during the COVID-19 pandemic, such as a Nursing Assistant in Intensive Care and Ambulatory Care settings.
