Marc Middlekauff

Marc Middlekauff is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer value management, sales, and project implementation. Currently serving as Customer Value Director at Coupa Software since March 2019, Marc has been recognized as CVM of the Year in 2023. Prior roles include Sales and Business Development Executive at Plum Voice, where Marc focused on revenue growth in enterprise IVR solutions, and Senior Lead Installer at DealerTrack, managing project teams and successfully delivering software solutions across Canada. With previous experiences at Rockwell Automation and Middlekauff Ford, Marc demonstrated a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and enhancing client relations. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder and completed the Dealer Candidate Academy at the National Automobile Dealers Association Academy.
