Paul Hennessy

Paul Hennessy serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for EMEA, APAC, and India at Coupa Software since November 2017, where Paul has played a crucial role in expanding the workforce from approximately 850 to over 3000 employees globally. Previously, Paul held positions as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Coupa, emphasizing cross-functional recruitment and relationship-building with leadership. Before joining Coupa, Paul worked as the Global Head of Talent at Alfresco and directed independent technical recruitment at Unite Sources & Solutions Ltd, building strong client relationships and overseeing full recruitment cycles. Paul is also a core member of the Resourcing Leaders 100 network, aimed at enhancing the standards of in-house resourcing. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Winchester and A-Levels from Abbey School, Faversham.
