Lisa Gould, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, PHR

Lisa Gould, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, PHR has extensive experience in human resources. Lisa is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Soluta, Inc. Prior to that, they were the owner of Revival Consulting, LLC, where they provided expert HR guidance to clients. Lisa also worked as the Vice President of Human Resources/Head of HR at ASG - Architectural Surfaces Group, where they centralized and built the HR infrastructure. Lisa was the Director of Human Resources/Head of HR at Citizens Inc., where they oversaw all HR functions and led the turnaround of company culture. Lisa also worked at CRH, where they served as the HR Director for the Texas and Midwest regions, overseeing various HR initiatives. Before that, they worked as an HR Generalist at CRH and as an Executive Mortgage Specialist at Wells Fargo. Lisa started their career as a Human Resources Recruitment Specialist at Marketlink. Lisa has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and is certified as a SHRM-CP and PHR.

Lisa Gould has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government/Communications from Mount Mercy University. Lisa has obtained certifications such as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI in December 2022 and the SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2023. Lisa also possesses additional certifications including being a Certified Negotiator from The Gap Partnership, a DISC Certified Facilitator from Korn Ferry, a Frontline Leadership Facilitator (FLP) Certified from Korn Ferry, a VIA Edge Facilitator (Learning Agility) from Korn Ferry, and a VOICES 360 (KF 360) from Korn Ferry.
