Susan Tohyama

Susan Tohyama is an experienced human resources executive with a robust background in leading HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Coupa Software since December 2023, Susan previously held the same title at Ceridian from March 2020 to December 2023, and at VICE Media from November 2017 to March 2020. Prior roles include significant positions at the National Basketball Association, such as Senior Vice President, Global HR Business Partner, as well as Vice President, HR International, and Senior Director, HR-Asia. Susan's earlier experience includes serving as Regional HR Director at Starbucks Coffee Asia Pacific Limited and as Senior Manager, Staffing at Hong Kong Disneyland.
