Bahi Okupa-Hines

Bahi Okupa-Hines serves as Chief Counsel for Corporate Governance at Coupang since July 2021. Prior to this role, Bahi held multiple legal positions at Walmart Inc. from 2014 to July 2021, including Lead Counsel for the Controller’s office, Investor Relations, and Treasury, as well as Associate General Counsel focusing on Risk Review and Investigations. Bahi's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at Potbelly Sandwich Works, where preparation for a $105 million IPO was a key responsibility, and at Ralcorp Holdings, Inc., where responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions and SEC filings. Bahi's legal career began as an Associate at Bryan Cave and Dewey Ballantine LLP, specializing in corporate and securities law and corporate tax. Bahi holds degrees from the University of Chicago Law School and Saint Louis University.
