Min Jeong Kim

Min Jeong Kim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the media and commerce sectors. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Video Product Specialist for Coupang Media Group since January 2021, Min Jeong Kim holds full accountability for the P&L of Coupang Live business and oversees a team of 14 professionals managing numerous top-level vendors and creators. Previously, in the same organization, Min Jeong Kim led the Creator Management Division, successfully recruiting and onboarding hundreds of creators. Prior to Coupang, Min Jeong Kim held various leadership roles at CJ ENM E&M DIV. focusing on corporate strategy, M&A, and new business development. Additional experience includes a managerial position at Doosan Corporation, analyzing macroeconomic environments and executing global marketing events, as well as serving as a regional administrator at the National Intelligence Service of Korea. Min Jeong Kim holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Master's degree in Spanish-Korean simultaneous interpretation and translation from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
