Roger Hong

Roger Hong is a seasoned product leader currently serving at Coupang since May 2024. Previously, Roger held the position of Chief Product Officer at Lucid Lane Inc. from 2020 to 2024, focusing on building personalized products and services for individuals with medication dependency. Roger’s extensive experience at Shutterfly, Inc. from 2013 to 2020 encompasses roles such as General Manager for the integration of Shutterfly and Lifetouch, where significant revenue growth was achieved, as well as leading initiatives for Tiny Prints and Wedding Paper Divas. Earlier roles at Tiny Prints include Sr. Director of Business Operations and Sr. Product Manager for a personalization platform. Roger began the career as a Technical Program Manager at Sprint Nextel and worked as an independent consultant across various industries. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from Carnegie Mellon University.
