Sonu Durgia

Sonu Durgia is an experienced leader in product management and strategic finance, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Product for Search and Discovery at Coupang since May 2023. Previously, Sonu held the position of Head of Product for Responsible AI at Meta and directed product management for Search Relevance and Product Graph at Walmart eCommerce, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Sonu founded Unboredly, a marketplace for children's activities, and has a strong finance background, having built teams and supported strategic planning at VMware, Oracle, and KPMG. Early career experience includes software engineering roles at Morgan Stanley and Infosys. Sonu holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B. Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, along with having passed Level 3 of the CFA program.
