Céline Bigoy has extensive experience in documentation and knowledge management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Responsable du pôle Documentation interne et jurisprudence at Cour des comptes since May 2021, Céline manages internal documentation, oversees digital project management, and leads a team. Prior to this role, Céline worked at the CNIL from March 2018 to April 2021 as Chargée de veille et médiation, focusing on jurisprudential monitoring and internal communication. Céline’s previous experience includes significant positions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, where responsibilities encompassed managing the documentation center and providing legal research support. Additional roles include a librarian position at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and internships at IFP and Musée d'Orsay. Céline holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Ingénierie documentaire and a Bachelor’s in History from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, complemented by professional training in project management and design thinking.
