Gwenaël Roudaut

Gwenaël Roudaut currently serves as a Conseiller référendaire en service extraordinaire at Cour des comptes, focusing on the education sector, evaluating the national strategy for artificial intelligence research, and contributing to budgetary execution and the implementation of recovery plans in higher education and research. Prior experience includes leading the Agenda 2030 unit at the Ministry for an ecological and solidary transition, where responsibilities encompassed public policy transformation for sustainable development, governance, and stakeholder mobilization. Gwenaël Roudaut has a strong academic background with a PhD in Economics from École Polytechnique and a Master’s degree in Ecology from École normale supérieure, complemented by extensive research in corporate social responsibility and ecological issues through various internships and earlier roles in public administration.
