Cour des comptes
Vincent Lecaron currently serves as Chargé de mission for international cooperation at Cour des comptes since January 2023. Previously, Vincent held various roles at the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères, including rédacteur and gestionnaire immobilier within the cooperation and cultural action sub-directorate, as well as assistant to the ANMO advisor and the NUOI advisor in the Minister's cabinet. Additional experience includes positions at the Ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Développement international, where Vincent was bureau chief and assistant in the cabinet of the Secretary of State for Development and Francophonie, and work at the Ligue des droits de l'Homme as a legal writer and intern. Early in the career, Vincent served as a diplomatic advisor on human rights issues at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Maldives to the United Nations. Vincent holds a Master’s degree in Public International Law from Université Paul Cézanne and two additional degrees in Law from Université Panthéon Assas.
