Paul Cosway

Paul Cosway is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and business leadership. Currently serving as a Sailing Instructor at Courageous Sailing Center for Youth, Inc. since May 2023, Paul also lectures on Strategy & Innovation at Boston University Questrom School of Business since December 2014. Previous roles include Ski Instructor at Mount Snow from November 2015 to November 2020, and Managing Partner & Founder of Ressen Design from 2003 to 2013, where Paul drove projects in the radio industry and consumer electronics. Paul's earlier career includes significant positions such as Boston Office Managing Partner at marchFIRST, Partner at Mitchell Madison Group, and Principal at A.T. Kearney, as well as Engagement Manager & Systems Architect at McKinsey & Company, where Paul contributed to major international projects. Paul holds degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed a foundational education at Brookside Elementary School and Shorecrest High School.
