In addition to their work at Pandora, Sarah has also been involved with Technical University Recruiting (Data Scientists, Frontend, Backend, and Mobile Engineers), hiring 32 interns in 3 months. Sarah has also created a new process for interviewing Product Managers at Pandora and led the recruitment of an entire team from the ground up on multiple occasions (Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Legal).
