Paddu Raghavan

Paddu Raghavan is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in product design, currently serving as the Director of Product Design - Growth at Course Hero since June 2012. Raghavan has played a pivotal role in enhancing user experience and driving business metrics, notably achieving significant improvements in conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Contributions include spearheading rebranding efforts, optimizing onboarding processes, and mentoring a rapidly growing design team. Additionally, Raghavan has been involved as a Design Advisor at Shycart, a Design Leadership Forum Member at InVision, and held various instructional roles at the Academy of Art University. Raghavan holds a Master of Fine Arts in Web Design and New Media from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai.
