Wendy Ly

Wendy Ly is an experienced marketing and public relations professional with a background in student engagement and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Campus Representative for Course Hero since July 2020, Wendy generates interest in the online learning platform and organizes virtual events, reaching over 700 students. As the Public Relations Chair for Chi Delta Theta Sorority, Inc., Wendy enhances the sorority's visibility and outreach. Previous experience includes a Marketing Internship at Empeiria International, where Wendy improved customer relationships with Xfinity, and a Brand Ambassador role at JoyRun, where engagement efforts significantly increased user numbers among UC Davis students. Wendy also has a foundational background in operations and training from roles as a Cashier at Gen Korean BBQ House and a Program Leader for MATHeasy, where leadership and student retention were key. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics with a minor in Technology Management from the University of California, Davis.
