Borun Das

Borun Das is currently a Campus Representative at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, facilitating communication between the Louisiana Material Design Alliance (LAMDA) and the university's faculty, administration, and student organizations. Borun also holds positions as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant while pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science. Prior to this, Borun was a Senior Software Engineer at BJIT, specializing in Android development, with notable projects including PockeTalkS and Super Tools. Additional experience includes working as a Research Assistant at LiLab, focusing on deep learning and machine learning applications in computer vision and NLP, as well as serving as a Jr. Software Engineer at BJIT, where earlier Android applications were developed. Borun earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Stamford University Bangladesh.
