Mary Finn

Mary Finn is the Director of Curriculum Design at Coursello. Mary previously worked as a School District Success Manager at Abl from August 2019 to April 2022. In this role, they established and grew high-profile relationships with district decision-makers, drove customer adoption and success by providing oversight and opportunities for greater service, and piloted and documented new services that supported Abl's growing suite of products. Mary also collaborated with a fast-growing team, used data to monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, provided recommendations based on risk and district needs, conducted periodic customer health-checks, prepared and educated customers on new features and releases, identified renewal risk and collaborated with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal, and worked closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to hone strategies that achieve company goals and ensure success for all users.

Prior to their work at Abl, Mary was the Supervisor of the Department of College and Career Readiness at the San Francisco Unified School District from June 2013 to October 2019. In this role, they oversaw the development and implementation of the district's college and career readiness programs.

Before their work in education, Mary was a Presidential Campaign Organizer for Obama for America from January 2008 to December 2009. In this role, they helped organize and run Barack Obama's presidential campaign.

Mary Finn has a Master's degree in Teaching/ Mary'story from Brown University. Mary also has a Master's degree in Philosophy from St. John's College. In addition, they have a Master of Library & Information Science - MLIS from San Jose State University in Archives/Archival Administration. Finally, they have a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Mary'story from American University. Mary is also certified from ACSA Leadership Coach, State of California in Administrative Credential, Clear, and Single Subject Teacher Credential with CLAD, and PEBC Public Education and Business Coalition in Secondary Education Literacy Coach.
