Andrew Kolchak

Andrew Kolchak is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and stock administration. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Stock Administration at Coursera since May 2022, Andrew oversees all compensation functions, including payroll and stock compensation, while co-managing accounts payable processes. Previously, Andrew held various roles at Nektar Therapeutics from December 2017 to June 2021, culminating as Associate Director of Accounting, and played key roles in integrated and non-integrated financial statement audits at Grant Thornton LLP from September 2013 to December 2017, specializing in sectors such as consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. Andrew also gained international experience as an Audit Senior Associate at Grant Thornton Australia. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
