Mariana Alberto

Mariana Alberto has been working in the tech industry since 1999. Mariana began their career as a Monitora de Informática at Universidade Lusófona, followed by a role as Encarregada de Loja at Pressto. In 2004, they held two positions simultaneously as a Formadora de cursos de Microsoft Office 2003 at NHK, Formação e Novas Tecnologias, Unipessoal Lda and a Web designer at Liberty Garden, Publicidade e Publicações, Lda. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Multimedia Web Developer at SixandCo and Fullsix Portugal. In 2012, they became a Frontend Developer at NYX Interactive, and then in 2014, they took on a Software Developer role at Quinyx. In 2018, Mariana Alberto joined Mynewsdesk as a Team Leader, Dev Team Coach and Senior developer, and Software Developer. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as the Head Of Product Development at Coursio.

Mariana Alberto attended ETIC - Escola Tecnica de Imagem e Comunicação from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Web Developing. Mariana then attended Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Licenciatura in Psicologia. In 2018, Mariana earned a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
