Shane McGregor

Mr. McGregor joined the firm in 2016. Prior to Court Square, Mr. McGregor worked at JMI Equity where he invested in software and technology-enabled services companies. Previously he held roles with Francisco Partners, Orion Health, and Pioneer Capital. Mr. McGregor received law and commerce degrees from the University of Auckland. Mr. McGregor currently serves on the boards of ANCILE Solutions, Encompass Digital Media, and Virtium. He previously served on the board of Conterra Ultra Broadband.
