Meagan Lynch is an experienced professional in administrative and financial roles, currently serving as an Executive Officer and Court Clerk with the Courts Service since April 2019. Previously held positions include Accounts Assistant at Hyundai Galway, where responsibilities encompassed cash control, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance, and Accounts & Administration Assistant at CW Distributors LTD, supporting account management tasks. Meagan has also contributed to academic projects as Chair of the Psychology Student Congress of Ireland Committee and as a Research Assistant on studies related to autism spectrum disorder. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Clinical Neuroscience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Galway, along with a Leibhéal 4 Teastas sa Ghaeilge Ghairmiúil from Coláiste na hÉireann/Gaelchultúr.

Courts Service
The Courts Service was established as an independent corporate organisation on 9th November, 1999 following the enactment of the Courts Service Act, 1998. We employ around 1,000 staff in 40 locations nationwide. Our functions are: -to manage the courts -to provide support services for the judges -to provide information on the courts system to the public -to provide, manage and maintain court buildings -to provide facilities for users of the courts.
