Alex Parkyn

Alex Parkyn has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. They began their career as a Sales Assistant at Blacks Outdoor Retail Limited and went on to work as a Supervisor and Assistant Manager in the same company. In 2013, Alex joined NatWest as a Customer Service Officer and later became a Senior Personal Banker. Since 2018, they have been working at Coutts, first as a Senior Associate, Private Banker, and currently as an Associate Director, Journey Developer.

Alex Parkyn completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bangor University in 2022. Prior to that, in 2021, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Banking and Leadership in a Digital Age - Level 6 from The Chartered Banker Institute. Alex also attended South Dartmoor Community College from 2004 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Alex obtained the Certified SAFe® Product Owner / Product Manager from SAFe Agile Product Manager in November 2023. They also completed the NatWest Group Climate Change Transformation Programme from the University of Edinburgh Business School in 2021 and obtained the Associate Chartered Banker Diploma from The Chartered Banker Institute in the same year.
