Matt Wotton

Matt Wotton is an experienced executive in the sports, media, and entertainment sectors, currently serving as Executive Director at Coutts since April 2014. Prior to this role, Matt was the Head of Sports, Media and Entertainment at Barclays Wealth & Investment Management from October 2011 to February 2014, where leadership was focused on private banking and wealth management for clients in these industries. Earlier in the career, Matt worked at HSBC Private Bank as an Associate Director in the Global Sports Group, managing high net worth clients from the sports sector and overseeing nationwide football and cricket practices. Matt's career also includes roles such as Senior Customer Recruitment Manager and Area Retail Manager, demonstrating a strong foundation in strategic planning and leadership. Matt holds a BSc in Psychology from The University of Sheffield, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
