Chantel Flemming

Chantel Flemming (MAHRI) is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Superintendent at Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd since April 2023, Chantel has also held positions such as Principal Consultant at Adaptive People Solutions and Human Resources Superintendent at St Barbara Limited. Previous experience includes HR leadership roles at Panoramic Resources Limited, Evolution Mining, and Newmont Mining Corporation, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Chantel has a Bachelor of Psychology from The University of Western Australia and is pursuing a Master of Organizational Psychology at Murdoch University.
