Kerry Hill

Kerry Hill serves as the Integrated Planning Manager at Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd since May 2023, leading a team focused on enabling large-scale clean energy through comprehensive planning for the Mount Holland lithium mine and Kwinana Refinery. Prior experience includes roles at Fiona Stanley Hospital as the Engineering, Energy and Utilities Manager, and various positions at Woodside Energy where Kerry managed maintenance teams and coordinated power generation and utilities maintenance at the Karratha Gas Plant. Extended experience at Shell includes supervisory and engineering roles, overseeing substantial operational budgets and ensuring the safety and maintenance of gas well facilities. Kerry holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and several advanced qualifications in Oil and Gas Engineering, including a Master’s degree from The University of Western Australia, and is currently pursuing a Foundations of Directorship course.
