Stephan Van der Merwe

Stephan’s 20-year+ career includes very diverse elements from coding to consulting to teaching and public speaking. Living in India, South Africa, and Serbia has given him the cross-cultural experience he needs to communicate with, motivate and grow highly-effective global teams. Stephan has been with Covalience for 3 years as the head of solutions delivery to the clients. He oversees the development of internal enabling technologies and research to stay on top of new developments in software development with a focus on Agile project management. Before joining Covalience, Stephan led a software development company where he honed his skills as a mentor, technical architect, and strategic thinker for six years.
