George Rizis

George Rizis is a Senior Scientist at Covalon Technologies Ltd. since January 2021, following a role as a Research Scientist at Ripple Therapeutics from December 2019 to January 2021. Prior experience includes Research Chemist at Interface Biologics from August 2016 to January 2021, and Postdoctoral Fellow positions at UC Santa Barbara (August 2014 - June 2016) and McGill University (September 2013 - March 2014). Earlier in career, George held an Analyst position at MDS Pharma Services from September 2004 to May 2007, focusing on the quantitative analysis of drugs and metabolites using liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry. George holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Polymer Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry, both obtained from McGill University.
