Michael Rathbun

Michael Rathbun has extensive experience in facility and operations management, primarily with Reworld Waste since June 2006, where roles have included Shift Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Facility Manager. Prior to this, Michael Rathbun worked as a Boiler Operator at Fox River Paper Co from October 2004 to June 2006, responsible for operating boilers and associated equipment. Michael Rathbun is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Indiana University Southeast, expected to complete in 2024, and previously earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 2004, with earlier studies at Fitchburg State University.
