Sandy N. has a diverse work experience in the field of talent operations and management. Sandy started their career at Gap in 2011 as an Assistant Manager, where they gained valuable experience for 6 years before becoming a Talent & Culture Manager. In 2019, they joined 15Five as a Talent Operations Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of Marketing Project Coordinator. Sandy's career then took their to Covariant in 2021, where they started as Sourcing and Recruiting Ops in Talent Acquisition. Sandy quickly progressed to the role of Talent Operations Lead and currently holds the position of People and Talent Operations.
Sandy N.'s education journey began in 2019 when they enrolled at Arizona State University. Sandy pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies, which they completed in 2020. Following their undergraduate studies, they decided to further their education and enrolled in Southern New Hampshire University in 2021. Sandy is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with an expected completion date of 2023.
