Bob Hilton serves as the Vice President of RV Operations at Cove Communities since November 2021, previously holding the role of Regional Vice President at Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts. Hilton’s extensive experience in hospitality and resort management includes positions such as Senior Resort Manager and Multi-property General Manager at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. and executive leadership at the Jersey Shore Convention & Visitors Bureau. With a proven track record of enhancing property visibility, media relations, and occupancy rates, Hilton has notably managed large camping resorts and boutique hotels, implementing award-winning marketing programs and achieving significant financial growth. Bob Hilton holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Upsala College and has further education from Johnson & Wales University.
