Liz Braden

Liz Braden serves as the Chief of Staff and People Operations + Strategy Lead at cove, where innovative approaches to real estate are developed through technology and personalized experiences since March 2021. Prior to cove, Liz held several roles at One Acre Fund from November 2016 to March 2021, including Recruitment Operations Lead and Senior Recruitment Associate, focusing on process improvements and recruitment innovations. Additional experience includes serving as Program Manager and Acting Program Director at Princeton in Africa, managing recruitment and support for fellows, and holding various roles at Building Tomorrow, Inc., where fundraising initiatives were significantly advanced. Liz Braden earned a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia in 2010.
