Derek Soutar

Derek Soutar is an experienced business development manager currently leading efforts for Scotland at both Robex Industrial Products Limited and Robex Industrial Maintenance Products since October 2023. In the sports domain, Derek serves as a GK Coach for Cove Rangers Football Club and runs the Derek Soutar Goalkeeping Academy, roles held since July 2021 and April 2011, respectively. Previously, Derek was a GK Coach for the Northern Ireland Football Association, working with youth squads from October 2016 to November 2023. Additional professional experience includes positions as a Sales Executive/Sales Trainer at Apex Industrial Chemicals Ltd, Publican at High Corner Bar, and Business Development Manager at ETS Electrical Testing Services. Derek also served as an HSE Advisor at Petrofac and was the Academy Head GK Coach at Dundee United Football Club. Educational qualifications include a NEBOSH National General Certificate from Clydebank College.
