Varsha Devarajan (She/Her)

Varsha Devarajan is currently a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Covenant Consultants, having progressed through roles such as Senior Executive Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Executive since July 2023. Prior experience includes positions as a Human Resources Intern at Lucas TVS and TechCurators, where Varsha coordinated company events and developed strong communication skills, respectively. Previous internships include Talent Acquisition Intern at Erekrut, where resume evaluation and candidate presentation were key responsibilities, and various roles in psychology and human resources across multiple organizations. Varsha holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development Psychology from the University of Madras and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Patrician College of Arts and Science.
