Timothy Perry

Timothy L. Perry is an accomplished corrections and detention professional with extensive experience in consulting, government services, and law enforcement. Currently serving as a consultant at Covenant Consulting since June 2009, Timothy has provided expertise to various entities on quality corrections and detention operations. Prior roles include Vice President of Government Services at Asset Protection and Security Services, where leadership was provided on national security issues, and Chief of Training and Exercises at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, overseeing critical training programs. With a strong background in detention management from positions at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Timothy adeptly managed substantial budgets, developed contracts, and ensured compliance with operational standards. Timothy holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Corrections from Jacksonville State University.
