Eric Morris

Eric Morris, MAeD, PMP, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Eric currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Covenant Health, where they plan and directs the HR function of Covenant Medical Group and HomeCare. Prior to joining Covenant Health, Eric worked as a Senior HR Manager at Rural/Metro Corporation for three years. Before that, they held the position of Director of Project, Operations & Human Resources at Next Level Focus for eight years. Eric also worked at PerfectServe as an Implementation Consultant and at NetLearning (a division of HealthSource) as an Implementation Manager. Eric's areas of expertise include human resources, project management, and operations.

Eric Morris, MAeD, PMP, PHR, SHRM-CP, has an educational background in various fields. Eric obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Development from Tusculum University, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Science Technology from Pellissippi State, attending from 1999 to 2001. Eric also completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Ecology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1994 to 1998. In terms of certifications, Eric has achieved the following: SHRM - Certified Professional designation from SHRM in January 2015, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2015, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from SHRM in December 2009.
