Mike Belbeck

Mike Belbeck has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Mike started their career at Baptist Health South Florida in 1995, where they served as the Vice President of Operations for over ten years. In 2005, they joined Holy Spirit Health System as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Two years later, in 2007, they became the President and Chief Administrative Officer of Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. Since 2016, they have been working as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Covenant Health. Throughout their career, Mike has held various leadership positions, showcasing their expertise in healthcare management and operations.

Mike Belbeck earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Florida from 1984 to 1987. Mike then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Health Science degree and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, both with a focus on Healthcare Administration, from the University of Florida from 1987 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Mike obtained certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute in 2018 and Fellow of American Healthcare Executives from the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2007.
