Vic McHenry

Vic McHenry has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. They have held various roles in different organizations throughout their career. From 2022 to the present, Vic is currently the Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition at Covenant Health, where they oversee a team responsible for recruiting and hiring over 4,000 employees annually. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they served as the AVP Talent Acquisition at PhyMed Healthcare Group, leading the development and implementation of recruitment strategies on a national level. From 2014 to 2020, Vic worked at TeamHealth, first as the National Director of Clinical Recruitment Operations, where they developed a program for recruiting healthcare providers and physician leaders, and later as the Director of Executive and Physician Leadership Recruitment Team, where they designed and led a national executive and clinical recruitment team. Before that, from 2000 to 2014, Vic worked in various roles at the United States Air Force, including Regional Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Healthcare Recruiter. They were responsible for recruiting enlisted personnel and healthcare professionals for the Air Force, exceeding recruitment goals each year. Overall, Vic McHenry has a strong background in talent acquisition, team leadership, and recruitment strategy.

Vic McHenry attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2012 to 2014, earning an Associate in Applied Science degree in Human Resources. From 2013 to 2015, they also attended Kaplan University, studying Communication with a focus on Organizational Leadership. In 1992 to 1993, Vic McHenry studied Elementary Education and Teaching at PennWest Clarion.
