Jason Cariveau

Jason Cariveau, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and facility services industries. Currently serving as Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition at Davidson Hospitality Group, Jason oversees recruitment operations for over 85 full-service hotels and resorts nationwide. Previously, Jason held senior leadership positions at KBS, Aimbridge Hospitality, and Sage Hospitality, where responsible for managing recruitment teams and implementing strategic talent acquisition initiatives. With a strong background in human resources, including roles as Director of Human Resources at several esteemed organizations, Jason has significantly contributed to the hiring and retention strategies in various sectors, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Motel/Restaurant Management from Minnesota State Moorhead.
