Jessica Noonan

Jessica Noonan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 25 years of work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Their most recent position is as the System Director, Employee Experience Operations, Post-Acute Care at Covenant Health. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Corporate Recruiter & Special Projects at the same organization.

Before joining Covenant Health, Jessica served as the Director of Human Resources at Microwave Techniques LLC, where they were responsible for the entire HR function, including talent acquisition, talent management, benefits, and employee relations. Jessica provided consultative guidance and effective solutions to human capital matters, fostering a positive workplace culture focused on business goals.

Jessica's work experience also includes a long tenure at Unum, where they held various leadership positions such as Director of Field Recruiting & Staffing, Director of Staffing, Senior Staffing Consultant, and Staffing Consultant. Jessica was instrumental in redesigning the candidate assessment process, developing national recruiting strategies, and leading talent acquisition teams.

Prior to Unum, Jessica worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at The Jackson Laboratory and as an HR Consultant at KMA Human Resources Consulting. Jessica began their career as an Associate Generalist, Assistant Vice President at Citigroup Global Transaction Services, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities.

Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy. Jessica holds certifications including SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional).

Jessica Noonan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Illinois State University. Jessica obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in February 2008 and their SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certification from SHRM in February 2015.
