Wayne Meiswich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Wayne'smost recent role was as the Director of Human Resources at Covenant Home Health & Home Care since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Mercy Health System of Southeastern Pennsylvania from May 2016 to April 2018. Wayne also gained extensive accounting experience at Hilton Worldwide, where they held various roles including Staff Accountant and Senior Accountant. Wayne also worked as an Accounts Receivable Manager at Teresa J. Spada CPA and as a Bookkeeper/Property Manager at Bradshaw Advertising. In the early years of their career, they served as a Hotel/Restaurant Manager at Mansions Hotel & Restaurant and as a Public Relations Manager / Promotions Manager at John J Schultz Associates, where they organized various high-profile events and promotions.

Wayne Meiswich completed their Associate of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Portland Community College from 2008 to 2010. Wayne then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Portland State University, which they completed in 2015. Additionally, they earned another Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Portland State University - School of Business during the same period.
