In 2011, they joined Continuous Home Care, INC, where they held multiple positions including Director of Marketing and Sales and Business Development and Care Coordinator. Their most recent role at Continuous Home Care, INC was Chief Executive Officer, where they focused on managing day-to-day operations and improving care quality. From 2015 to 2017, Will also served as a Board Member at Pennsport Civic Association.
