Leslie McGuire

Coming to Covenant House International in 2017, Leslie is responsible for integrating the site-facing and support functions at the headquarters, overseeing the Program, Research, Evaluation & Learning, Child & Youth Protection, and Site Support departments as well as leading the enterprise risk management work. Leslie brings nearly 25 years of non-profit leadership and program experience both nationally and internationally at organizations serving vulnerable populations. Leslie graduated from Lafayette College with a degree in Psychology and earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan.
