Algis Paulius

Algis Paulius has extensive experience in food management, currently serving as General Manager at Sodexo and Food Service Director at Covenant Living Communities and Services since November 2018. Previously, Algis held the position of Food Service Director and Executive Chef at Clare Oaks, and Executive Chef at Aramark from 2011 to 2014. Early career experience includes roles at Colavria Hospitality as Food Service Director and at Morrison Senior Dining as Executive Chef. Algis began in the culinary field as a Cook/Bartender at Rio Grande Mexican Restaurants. Algis holds a Culinary Degree in Culinary Science/Culinology from the Art Institute of Colorado.
